Skagen's Museum - the museum of our celebrated Skagen Painters.

Founded in Skagen on 20^th October, 1908 in the Brøndum Hotel's dining room.

The idea was to collect and preserve some of  the painters' greatest works in the environs they were created, making them accessible to the general public.

Today, Skagen's Museum houses over 1700 works of art.
