Skagen Chamber of Commerce was established in 1906.

A vast majority of Skagen's retailers  are members of the Association, which creates the framework for an active and effective retail trade. 

Whilst Skagen has the status of a tourist resort, a wide range of shops and companies stay open for business all year round.
